Bedrooms

• Cleaning

  • Common areas: All renters of the house are expected to clean up after themselves or any guests. Shoes are not to be worn inside the house, must be taken off in the foyer.

  • Personal rooms: Renters will need to have their own pillows, blankets, and bedding. The room should be maintained fairly clean regularly.

  • Bathrooms: Must be cleaned after each use and when needed

  • Kitchen: Clean area after cooking. All dishes and cookware should be cleaned and left to dry and then be put back in its rightful place. Gas stove lock button must be on after each use.

  • Dishwasher: When used, dishes should be rinsed off before putting in, and must turn the machine on when full. Dishes are to be put back when dry. Renters should have their own washing supplies.

  • Garbage: Renters are expected to dispose of waste to the right waste containers. Garbage bags must be taken out when full. Bins should be brought out on garbage day.

  • Decor: Please do not hang anything on the walls that will cause damage, ask permission from Landlord if not sure.

• Laundry Schedule 

  • Laundry services are available on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday

  • Renters will need to have their own laundry supplies

​

• Guests/Pets

  • No more than 1 guest at a time

  • No guests overnight

  • No pets

  • No parties

  • Noise should be kept to a reasonable level, please do not disturb housemates or neighbours

​

• Smoking/Alcohol Use

  • Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house at all times

  • Alcohol may only be consumed by those who are 19 years of age or older, and in a responsible manner only 

​

• Security

  • 6 surveillance cameras are installed; 1 in drive through, 1 in front doorway, 1 in living room, 1 in kitchen, 1 in backyard, 1 in  basement

  • Fingerprint lock installed for easy access, convenient for those who easily forget and lose their keys

​

• Available parking 

  • $100 for 1 parking spot 

​

• Utilities

  • $50 per month for each person
